Chef
The most important person in the kitchen! Chef inspires and controls the team in the same time. Makes sure that all poached eggs are perfect, comes up with new breakfasts, plans purchase and monitors inventory.

Mandatory requirements:
  • Work experience in the position of chief / sous-chef / senior chef
  • Work schedule: 5/2, mandatory shifts on Saturday and Sunday
Cook
The one who is responsible for the perfect poached eggs, beautifully toasted bacon and golden potato fritters. He is also responsible and always keeps order in the workplace.
Mandatory requirements:
  • Work experience as a cook
  • Work schedule: from 7 a.m. till 4 p.m. at Bambule Bar or from 7 a.m. till 6 p.m. at the cafe at Mayakovskaya
Delivery member
A person who communicates with guests and couriers, solves all the problems that can occur. They are not afraid of multitasking and ready to hang on the phone, edit the spreadsheets and call for a taxi all at the same time.
Mandatory requirements:
  • Work from Bambule Bar from 8 a.m. till 4 p.m.
  • 3-4 shifts a week during weekday
  • Access to your own laptop, skills in Excel spreadsheets
Head of Delivery
The most important person in delivery services, who watches all processes, arranges timetables, helps new staff members to adapt, works with spreadsheets, keeps accounts and always is in touch to solve emergency situations.
Mandatory requirements:
  • Work from Bambule Bar from 8 a.m. till 4 p.m.
  • 5 shifts a week including Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Always be in touch
  • Skills in Excel spreadsheets
Sous-chef
The second person in the kitchen after the chef, who can fully take their place and supervise speed and quality of work. The most important thing is to make everything fast, nice and delicious!
Mandatory requirements:
  • Work experience as a sous chef / senior cook
  • Work schedule: 5/2, mandatory shifts on Saturday and Sunday
Barista
A person who loves coffee and is skilled in the art of making drinks based on it. Every morning he sets a grind of espresso, makes beautiful latte art and doesn’t mind chatting with guests!

  • Work experience as a barista
  • Work schedule: from 7 a.m. till 4 p.m. at Bambule Bar or from 7 a.m. till 6 p.m. at the cafe at Mayakovskaya
  • 4-5 shifts a week
Runner
Resilient, strong and fast person, who helps waiters. A person who delivers heavy trays from the kitchen to the hall, brings baskets with oranges and puts them into a juicer and also keeps everything clean!
Mandatory requirements:
  • Work schedule: from 8 a.m. till 4 p.m.
  • 4-5 shifts a week, mandatory shifts on Saturday and Sunday
Waiter
A person who meets guests, leads them to the table, tells all about new breakfasts and a perfect drink to each. Above all, he makes sure that all guests are happy!

  • Work experience as a waiter
  • Work schedule: from 7 a.m. till 4 p.m. at Bambule Bar or from 7 a.m. till 6 p.m. at the cafe at Mayakovskaya
  • At least 15 shifts monthly
Host
A person who keeps an eye on the queue, meets the guests, leads them to the tables and brings the menu. The main aim of our host is to make sure that everybody is happy, even if something goes wrong!
Mandatory requirements:
  • Work experience as a host
  • Work schedule: from 8 a.m. till 6 p.m.
  • 4-5 shifts a week, mandatory shifts on Saturday and Sunday
Manager
The most important person in the hall! The one who keeps the place clean and in order, checks on waiters’ menu knowledge, communicates with guests, can deal with any cash issues, helps new staff members and controls the purchase of goods. All in all, a person who makes everything for guests to be happy!
Mandatory requirements:
  • Work experience as a manager or senior waiter
Cook

Mandatory requirements:
  • Work schedule: 2/2
  • 10 and a half hours shifts starting at 7 a.m.
  • Work experience in a similar position is welcomed
