The buyer has the right to refuse the goods of proper quality at the time of delivery, subject to the preservation of the presentation, the presence of the original and undamaged packaging. But at the same time, the customer is obliged to pay the cost of delivery services (according to the Law on Consumer Protection, according to Article 26.1 of clause 4 on the "Remote method of selling goods")
The buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase if this product has not been used, its presentation, consumer properties, packaging integrity, original (factory) labels have been preserved.
The return of the goods is carried out on the basis of a completed application and a cash receipt confirming the fact and conditions of purchase.
According to the Law on Consumer Rights Protection, according to Article 26.1, paragraph 4 on the "Remote method of selling goods", the exception is goods of proper quality that have individually defined properties if the specified product can be used exclusively by the consumer purchasing it.
Paragraph 6 states that such goods include TABLEWARE:
"item 6 Products and materials in contact with food, made of polymer materials, including for single use (tableware and accessories for dining and kitchen, containers and packaging materials for storage and transportation of food products)."
Return of goods of inadequate quality
If the courier delivered the goods of inadequate quality (factory defect), the buyer has the right to refuse to receive the goods at the time of delivery. The difference in the drawing or design from those stated in the description on the website is not a malfunction or an improper quality product. The completeness of the order and the appearance of the goods must be checked by the recipient (customer) at the time of delivery of the goods. In case of non-conformity of completeness, or mechanical damage (chips, cracks), the customer has the right to refuse to purchase the goods at the time of acceptance of the order. Upon receipt of the goods, you put your signature on the delivery receipt, where it is indicated that the buyer, after checking the goods, has no claims to the quantity and appearance of the goods. After receiving the goods by the buyer, we cannot accept claims for defects in the goods, their quantity, completeness and presentation.
In case of refusal of the goods, the amount of money paid by the consumer (by non-cash method) is refunded, except for the seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned goods, no later than ten days later (the law "On Consumer Rights Protection", clause 4, Article 26.1 on the "Remote method of selling goods") from the date of presentation by the consumer of the corresponding requirement.
