An egg-based dessert that we've somehow never made before — it's about time. Kogel mogel, also known as gogol-mogol! A silky, creamy custard made with egg yolks, with a citrusy twist — we added a touch of lemon zest. Served with a poppy seed crumble and fresh strawberries.
